Policies
SHIPPING
We ship most orders FedEx ground, usually within 48 hours from when we receive your order. We can ship anywhere in the world. If yours is an international order, contact us for expert advice on the best shipping method for the area. Most shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice. Airfreight orders are shipped “freight collect”. All other orders are FOB Tulsa, Oklahoma. You can get your order even faster for a nominal rush charge of $20 per order, shipping
FedEx overnight - just let us know when you place the order.
SERIOUSLY GUARANTEED
When it comes to keeping you happy, we don’t play around. If you aren’t completely satisfied with any Kraftbilt product ordered from stock, return it within 30 days for a prompt replacement, refund or credit. Just call first for authorization. Keep the top section of the packing slip for your records and return the rest (FedEx or parcel post, please) to us at 6504 E 44th St, Tulsa, OK 74145.

Use your major credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express), or send a check to our mailing address. International orders must be pre-paid in U.S. funds or by major credit card.

We answer the phone from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, and our fax works around the clock. Call 1.800.331.7290 for fast, friendly, person-to-person service. Early birds and night owls, fax your order to 918.632.7371, or to our internet http://www.kraftbilt.com. We’ll get on it as soon as our doors open (we hit the fax before we hit the coffeepot). We turn mail orders fast, too. Just be sure to fill out the order form completely, including any custom imprinting information. Our minimum order is $25.00.
